Strikers 1945 Pt1/2 PS2 - Any good?

I'm referring to the Jpn version, as i'm aware the Pal version isn't optimised.
How do the conversions rate on the PS2 compared to say the Saturn and PS1 versions?

They're worse. Get the Japanese PS1 versions instead.

Indeed,not played part 1 on the ps1 but part 2,the jpn version (and even the pal ps1 version) are fantastic,love it to bits

I have the pal ps1 was going to get the pal ps2 should i leave it ?

Not exactly sure whats wrong with the pal ps2 version, but not well converted so i hear..

I think the games are ace (esp part 2) and for a few quid the Pal set is a bargain.
