FEAR update 1.07

I just spent hours downloading, or trying to this latest patch for FEAR only for it to tell me that it doesn't work with non US versions.....

However before downloading and checking several sites it said that this "fear_update_en_100-106_107.exe" patch works with ANY version including all international versions!!?!??!?!?!?!!?!?

I mean WTF...

Could someone point me out in the right direction for the love of God...

Thanks, I read that piece and it worked. Although when the UK patch comes out I'll be using that instead.

Also the patch doesn't work with downloaded versions. I bought FEAR from direct 2 drive and it basically says on Sierra website, if I want to play online I have to uninstall and install the free version. Pretty poor form. Had the same problem with the 1.06 patch as well, they had to release another version of it that worked with downloaded versions.

Just went with the solution above - downloaded the patch a couple of times because I thought I had the wrong one! Sick of PC games requiring massive patches...
