Empty game cases?

I'm looking for a Football Manager 2006 X360 case as mine got wrecked with a glass of spilt water (don't ask). Needless to say the paper was spoilt and it looks rubbish now. Short of going into GAME and stealing an empty box off the shelf () is there anywhere I can get just the empty case with the boxart sleeve? My printer is rubbish so that's out of the question and I'm fussy anyway so I really need the real deal.

It's now ?25 from gameplay with a free faceplate, so you could buy another copy and sell the rubbish one on ebay? I'd imagine you'd get at least a tenner for it.
