Email Server advice

Im currenty in the process of setting up Outlook Express and my isp is aol. How do I find out what my incoming mail server is and a valid server name for it and what my outgoing server is too.

I have tried aol help and about us etc to no avail.

Can anyone help

PS Im still on dial up if its relevent.

You mean your mail transport protocol addresses? initially I thought the thread was about setting up your own mail server (^^*)
