Banned from Xbox Live - "My little Brother left it on..

Well guys, have a problem and am looking into it at the moment but wondered if any of you cleverer bods know any tips so I don't mess me Xboxes up......

Basically, left my X2 Lite Xbox chip on the other night in a hurry to get a league race up and running. My Xbox has been banned tonight. Anyone have any tips or help for me to get back on?

I have been reading about configmagic and all that, but wanna know if anyone here has had any similar probs and how they went about sorting it out.
