Need advice on starting a PCB/JAMMA set up

Ive been doing a bit o' research, but im still lost.
I like the look af the Sega Astro City Cabinet, but cant find anyone sellin' em in the UK.
Also, what else do i need, besides PSB's?. do the PCB's plug into the cabinet etc?

Basically i need any advice anyone has, im new to PCB's
