some games you have to hold down the b button to switch on the ps mode, what games, region etc are giving you problems?

Remember that some games might not be widescreen so will be stretched.

Try something like f-zero which has 16:9 and 480p, looks lovely

yeah the colour is absolutely gorgeous but it seems incredibly jagged...
