Name this Megadrive Game?

Right, you had like 8 or so ships to choose from on each side and they would meet up for a one on one battle around a planet (winning ship stays on). Some ships were effected by the planets gravity, some looked like Star Trek ships.

What was it called ?? I'm tortured >_<
