What are MOD chips, and my one is Xecutor2, so what does tht mean?

The best way to think of a mod chip is as candy and an xbox as an angry child. The child only boots PAL games and doesn't run anything else like Apps or imports. Once you have given the child the candy the child will be much more willing to do anything. So normally the child can do anything but just wont give it candy and it can try anything.
