Think it basically depends on what you want to spend but Empire direct have this JVC set up at the moment for just under ?500...
http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/conten...-HV32D40BK.htm
It's 32" CRT
Has 3 Scarts (2 RGB)
1 Component input (Progressive Enabled)
NTSC playbac @ 3.58 & 4.43
Digital Freeview tuner
If you want cheaper then the following Sanyo for ?340 might be an idea...
http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/conten...SAN-32FWN6.htm
32"
2 Scart (Both RGB)
NTSC
Or even Cheaper this other Sanyo at ?230...
http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/conten...SAN-28FWN6.htm
28"
2 Scart (both RGB)
NTSC
The JVC is easily the best bet but might strecth you budget a bit too much (But bear in mind if it's like my JVC set then its HD Compatible via component @ 1080i) apart from that there isnt much about I'm afraid as everyone shifts over to LCD & Plasma.
HTH though.

Does it accept 480p/60 or only 576p/50?
That's not the same model as my one but when I get home later (I'm at the parents) I'll have a look & see what my one accepts & let you know, if we're lucky they'll do the samelol

Edit: Just saw a thread about the JVC over on AVforums & I think it may only do 576P via component, but it does sound like its 1080i Compatible via the component like my one.

Sorry I should of clarified before.. I'm looking for a standard 4:3 TV not a widescreen. Its mainly to play DC, PS2 and my retro consoles full screen. And I'm looking to spend under 100 hopefully. I dont mind if its second-hand as long as it does the job (really decent rgb output). I've noticed that some tvs display the image a bit distorted with the picture not properly centered. (too much to the left, right or top)
I remember a mate of mine once had a huge Trinitron Sony TV (again a standard 4:3) and the picture on it looked amazing! We were playind DC through rgb.
