360 Owners - you planning on getting the Vision Camera ?

It's a webcam! It's the next logical step but I don't think I'll bother, it takes me all my time to speak on xbox live let alone show the world my ugly mug!!

Personally I will be getting it more for the digimask facemapping features, like in the new Rainbow Six Vegas one of the first games to use it online.
That aspect looks really cool, as for exposing myself online...
Well the question I would ask is why he hell would someone want to watch me sitting on my arse playing games?! and vice versa.
The pack sounds good value though Vision Camera, Headset, 1 Month Live Sub, UNO and Totemball games.

Probably not, no, as one of the reasons I don't play multiplayer on Live is that it seems some games require use of the headset. Also, for reasons Boris mentions.

I fully expect the Daily Mail and the like to be on the videogaming-is-evil case when someone inevitably ends up abusing the 360's webcam via Live.

You can get them on eBay for around ?60 including delivery. Some US people managed to get hold of them a month before its release. I believe Toys R Us starting selling them early before realising their mistake and pulling them from sale. Some people at AV Forums took the plunge.

What is the official UK release date, and what will the RRP be? I've been offered a US version for ?40 and dunno whether to buy it.

Amazon have it listed @ ?34.99 with a release date of 27th October so that sounds not too bad a deal.

However, the US release date is only a couple of weeks away so it might be cheaper holding off 'til then (think the US rrp is $39.99).
