Black Arrow on 360

I am going to trade a game tommorow in GAME because I bought some preowned games in a 3 for 2 offer (I got 1080 Avalanche =D Medal of honor rising sun and Medal of Honour Frontline) I only wanted Frontline for the d-day mission and it was terrible so I traded it in. I brought a friend in to help choose a good 4 player multiplayer game on GC because we needed one :P And he guaranteed me that Crash Nitro Kart was good, so we went home (It had no box as well lol) and it didn't read (It did after a few tries and it sucked :P) so I am trading this defected game in for another one and as the GC section is small and has terrible games, I am going to get an Xbox game.
Now I do not have an Xbox but I do have a 360 (Dead atm) so obviously getting some BC games are a bit of a risk (I bought Ghost Recon 2 SS expecting split screen to work, but it didn't so oh well)

Now onto the real question, I wanted to know if Rainbow Six 3 Black Arrow works well on the 360. I heard that the mic is a bit quiet but I haven't heard any complaints yet. Does the game work as well as it did on the Xbox? I do not really care about Live, I just want to know if the split screen works properly.

Btw, this game does have Co-op 2 player and 4 player competetive modes right?

If this game runs like crap can anyone tell me if Ghost Recon 2 and Ghost Recon Island Thunders 4 player co-op mode works properly?

RS3BA works OK on single player but I have not tried split screen

I tried Ghost Recon IT the other week but the sound was screwed up!
