Winning Eleven Gamecube - edited memory cards?

Have just got a copy of WE6 FE for the GC and I remember that when the game was released, people were offering to edit your memory card for you (at a price) so that you had English teams etc.

Have tried searching but can't find anything about this - can anyone remember who offered this?
