Any decent hardware store should have cleaning alcohol...

You should be able to get a little Isopropyl alcohol (my cleaning fluid of choice) from a decent record shop (i.e. one that deals with vinyl).

I don't know what the laws are like over there - but you need a special license here to be able to buy that stuff in bulk ... cos of the naughty things it can be used for ^^

Isopropyl can generally be bought at chemists/pharmacy's !

Have u tried nail polish remover (if there is a lay in your life, she is sure to have some )

I used to work in a chemical factory, so have seen what acetone can do

Isopropanol leaves no deposit behind either, merely much cleaning goodness
