cheapest place to get a microfilter?

My mate just got pipex broadband and they're trying to charge him a tenner for a microfilter. Any of you boys know the best place to get a cheap one, he only needs one btw as he only has one phone socket.

Don't use fleabay.... I went for a "cheap" one years ago, and it was useless, had to replace it as my home phoneline quality went downhill.
