Couple of 360 questions

How can I see what's downloading, without telling it to download something else? I've got a few things downloading now, and I can't see what they are/the progress!

Also, is there a way to tell it which controller is which player? When my battery dies, it tells me to re-insert the controller, even though there's a wired one in as P2. Unplugging that then replugging it makes it P2 again. Which means I have to stop playing and lose progress while I recharge.

Isn't there an option to look at active downloads on the marketplace blade? Not sure about the controller thing though.

goto xbox live marketplace and "active downloads" it'll tell you there. you can select anything that's in the queue for downloading and select "Download now" which moves it to the front of the queue.

Press the guide button , go to personal settings , active downloads.
