can anyone using this card for the psp, comment if its any good? Does the extra speed help?

The extra speed could help when loading movies or big images, I doubt games have very large saves to load.

It depends on the speed of the PSP's bus, if it can actually read fast enough to keep up with the card.

In the case of digital cameras it's often the case that there's no real speed benefit to buying faster than the Ultra II - the Extreme III is twice the price, for instance, but in a Canon EOS 350D (Rebel XT) - which is quite a recent design - it's only about 10% faster.

Your right the PSP itself wont benefit but transfering files to the memory stick via usb2 card reader will be faster.
