A friend has just ordered a game from DVD boxoffice using their free delivery option. (They are in the UK)

Has anyone used this before? and how long do they usually take to deliver?

They average between 5 - 10 days. Sometimes sooner, sometimes longer.

Unless the game's out of stock - DVBO can take an age to restock stuff.

Indeed. Took a month to get my wavebird.

From personal experience:

If the item is in stock : 5-8 days
If the item is out of stock : Anywhere between 2-12 weeks.

I find they are fine for pre-orders, never had a problem at all. If you want to order something already released email them to make sure they have stock.
