Pokemon Box in the US is big box as it comes with a GC-GBA cable like Zelda etc.

FFCC in the US had no big box cos it wasn't sold as a special package or with the connecting cable actually.

Hmm what else... there's another dance game in the US called MC Dance Craze by Madcatz for the Cube, that's not easy to find. Comes with its own mat like Mario DDR.

US Robotech Battlecry also came in a collector's edition, though that's limited so not really a proper "every copy is like it" retail buy.

Call me well travelled... I have over 500 Cube games here heh.

Having a longer think... just remembered. US Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu came in big box (cardboard) to accommodate the limited lithograph that was ONLY available with the Cube version. Also US Karaoke Revolution Party Mix comes with microphone so that's big box like Mario Party 6/7.

Not big boxes, but in other packaging, there's collectors versions of RE4 (Gamestop only) and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (general release) that came in metal tins.
