Anyone know what's going on with them at the moment? The account pages on their site seem to have been down for a while now and I haven't been billed this month. It seems a bit ominous but as far as I know they're still in good shape financially.

I have a funny feeling they're just incredibly busy as I had to call them today and was on hold for fecking ages. They've been around for a very long time, so I'd hope they're on a firm financial footing, but who can tell these days. I wouldn't panic yet. Certianly their actual product still seems to be top notch which is the main thing. -
their account page is always going down. But as has already been said, they are pretty rock solid as far as their product is concerned.
Just as a side topic, im gonna phone them up today and ask for a better product. The talk talk package looks really appetising and if pipex dont give me something better, im leaving. What deals are other users on? bearing in mind that i have been with them for 3 yrs and got some 'loyalty deal'? 1MB with 15GB downloads for ?15.Comment
