looking to get a slimline ps2 from video games plus and was just wondering what they are like as never used them

are they quick to get orders out ?

do they mark down hardware to half or what ?

also are they good to return faulty items ?

or can anyone recommend anywhere else good for ntsc - u/c hardware

    thanks

I ordered a slimline ps2 from NSCX back in may. I asked them to label it as a replacement, which they did (on the customs sheet) so it was all good. Don't remember what courier they used but it arrived quickly so was well pleased.

VG+ are awesome generally, though I've never bought hardware from them.

I bought from VideoGamesPlus.ca for the first time three months ago & they were awesome.

I didn't buy hardware, but about 8 Gamecube games at ?10 - ?15 each; they came to ?105 in total, ?133 including shipping.

Since I started working for myself I have made a couple of imports for my business - network cards from Canada totalling about ?1500 - and the second time I had to file paperwork with customs under new VAT & import regulations. Now I seem to have been put on a customs watchlist or something because since then I always seem to get caught for charges, even on personal stuff (twice on small but expensive tripod accessories for photography from the US - the sort of thing that I'd expect to be incongruous enough to "slip through").

Obviously this really sucks - I don't mind paying VAT & duty on commercial imports, stuff that I'm going to be reselling for a profit, but on personal imports (I don't have an office, but work from home) I'd like the same chances as everyone else to occasionally not get caught for some items. For an order made to Lik-Sang recently I used my mother's address, and it seems to have arrived this week with no charges.

Anyway, I think VideoGamesPlus are just awesome because they marked my ?130 order down as having a value of $20 without even being asked! If customs are watching out for me they took it at face value. Delivery was also very quick - about 3 days - and I would definitely order from them again in the future. I haven't had any experience of faulty hardware from them, so can't comment on their returns policy, but they've inspired confidence in me - I also got a personal email reply quite quickly when I asked them about Wii pre-ordering - so I'm planning on getting a Wii from VideoGamesPlus as soon as they start taking orders.

      Stroller.

I use a visa electron when ordering from VG+, so yeah, a visa debit card will do.

Wod - Don't forget there's shipping on top, (?28.13GBP) which will make it ?103. Worth every penny though and will be shipped via DHL so you'l have it in around 3-4 days time too.
