PS2 - Which Hori stick is better?

I'm going to get an aracde stick for the PS2 and was wondering which is better:

The Hori Soul Calibur 2 stick or the Hori VF4 Evolution stick?


Will be for general use - not just fighters.

Go for the SC2 stick if for general use. The VF layout is great for VF4 but for most other games the SC2 stick is better imo.

Yeah, I was erring on the SC 2 stick as well - I already own it for the Cube.

Just wanted to make sure the VF4 one didn''t have anything special about it.


Also - anyone tried that Namco Drum Expert controller? Any good?

If that is the drum used for Taiko No Tatsujin its great. One of the sturdiest peripherals I have used. It wont break easily and is very responsive.

If you see the old yellow-grey Namco Hori stick that's even better.
