Sorry for the poor quality image, the icon is the highlighted one, so it's name's there. I don't read Japanese, however, so I have no idea what it says. I also don't recognise the icon! It's a black tile like thing hopping around. I can't think what it is! I hope it's not something entirely embarrasing
