    Modded Saturn-Memory Card problems

I have a PAL Saturn modded with RGB, 50/60 hz switch and multi region.
Tired of using the 3 in 1 as extra save memory cos you have to transfer if back to the machine manually, I got an official PAL one. Now the official memory card should be automatically read by the Saturn, but not mine.
The Saturn seems to recognise the presence of the card but it says that there is no space on it, also it wont let me delete any or copy.
My guess is cos its modded.
Anyone else have this problem or know a way round it.

The cart works fine on modded saturns dude. What i'd suggest is to do this....

    1) Clean the contacts of the cartridge with a damp cottonbud then dry with the opposite side

    2) Put the cart in the saturn and then pull it up slightly to make the best contact.

    3) When powering on the saturn hold down your shoulder buttons on the pad....it should take you directly to the saturns Memory Screen where you should see the Internal Memory and Cartridge Memory options.

    4) Select Clear for the Cartridge Memory

Fingers crossed that'l do the trick

Your using a 3 in 1 for the multi region? Those carts are naff, they will balls up your cartridge port, get me to fit a switch instead

Jeimuzu has the right idea tho

No, I was using the 3 in 1 basically to save games to. It already has a switch for multi region.
I'll try jeimuzus suggestions and hope that does the trick.

Oh I see. That's odd.. any chance it could of been corrupted by suddenly getting turned off whilst saving or something..? That's all I can think of really. Or try borrowing someone elses mem card see if the same problem occurs..

yeah, the modded saturn was a recent buy, replacing the plain pal one, which I used the 3 in 1 for. thats why i got an official memory card instead to save me all the hassles for the modded one.
BUT anyway happy days, the earbud did the trick.
            Thanks everyone
