Console Modding

I've been hearing about console modding aka chipping for over a year now and it's really interested me. I have a PAL PS2 v4 with Swap Magic 3.6 plus with slide card with around 20-30 games all downloaded.

The thing is, I want to move away from Swap Magic and downloads because disk swapping can be very annoying at times and Swap Magic is not compatible with Action Replay ( I only use it when i'm really stuck on a game) and that takes the piss.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a pre-modded XBox/PS2 for a good price and where I can get great imports at around ?20-25?

I hear Lik-Sang are pretty good atm.

Lik-Sang have been shut down and they were pretty expensive from what I saw. Any more suggestions?
