Basically they’re a device for manually shifting the horizontal and/or vertical position of a picture outputting to a CRT TV mainly aimed at people playing old games. You just move the picture around with two pots.
Just wondered if anyone here has any real world experience of them, are they any good? Any issues?
I say this as I have an old Trinitron where the picture shift over RGB Scart is quite annoying and shifts the display too much off to the left - on some games it can miss off HUD elements, first numbers of scores, ends of life bars etc. This became so annoying I packed it away but would quite like to resurrect it. This might be the tool to do it, but don’t want to do it if it’s a load of junk.
