Just i need a decent pic asap(sunday) to play PES6 on my samsung lcd, cant be playing with the ****ty lead you get with the console.

Ive used the official and the GAME component cables on my Samsung HD.
I honestly cannot see any difference
The GAME branded cables are usually a pretty good quality anyway, you should be fine and dandy with it.
Only ?7.99 too

I used Game's 360 RGB cable before I got my HDTV and I thought it was pretty good. I really don't like Game but they do sell some good accessoriesComment

My PS2's running through a Game component lead and it seems good enough. It's certainly tons better than RGB on my LCD and I don't have any complaints for what I paid (?7.99).Comment

i had the game component cable too. got rid of it a few months ago when i got my official ps2 component cable (?2 from cex
) and i can't see any difference in picture quality. i never had any problems with it (such as interference, ghosting, etc) like i get with my dodgy cheap xbox component cable (from HK) so didn't set out to track down an official one, just happened to spot it, but at ?2 you'd have to be a twat not to

it's miles better than rgb on my samsung lcd also, even in regular 480i (same res as rgb), and obviously with the handful of games that support 480p it's even nicerComment
