Depends on what you order.
If it's a game or small items the no.
If it's a PS2/XBrick/Cube then likely yes and you are better off going to Yes-asia (where you definitely won't get stung).
Biggest item I have ordered from PA was my GBA Player which got through. I have a pair of Cha Cha Amigo maracas coming though - so we'll see.

Not entirely true, Mr Driller for the cube turned up for me this morning with a rather Unwelcome ?7.48 customs charge.
I recommend sending Alice in their Customer services dept an e-mail asking for the goods to be marked down as a gift or a low cost demo.
P.s. Mr Driller Was still worth the Money !

First off, Yesasia ship from UK therefore - no charge.
I got a BIG boxes worth of stuff from them this morning with no problems.
Play-asia - I got my maracas this morning and got hit with a ?7.48 Customs billft: - the bloody thing is only worth ?12 for ****'s sake!
Can't be arsed to appeal.
