Selling 360 help

Gonna put my 360 up for sale methinks. What can I do in regards to my live account as I don't want anybody knowing all my details. Do I just delete my profile, or is it more difficult than that?

Yeah it's just a case of deleting the gamer profile from the hdd (or memory card).
