4GB Pro Duo - Cheap?

Is there a place i can get one reasonably cheap.

I'm not sure I trust ANY of the ebay sellers, none seem to have actual pictures etc, and feedback tends to be mixed.

Would like some advice on a good place to get one.

Might consider ebay if someone can recommend a buyer as being definately legit.
