N64 test cartridges from EAD, Japan

Does anybody own any N64 test cartridges like this one I've just spotted on eBay?: ID = 3033573898

I wondered how much they're worth and how rare they are? and does anybody know what they can be used for?

The seller says that a Namco game is on the cart. I wonder what other games were released as test carts?

They are sold quite frequently on Yahoo japan,and games that were not released such as Biohazard zero and echo delta,and ultimate war pop up from time to time.I had the chance to buy Doubutsu Banchou on a test cart once but passed it up since it is available on Gamecube.The carts are rare depending on what is on them.Biohazard Zero can fetch up to 500 pounds on a good day and stuff like echo delta 300 pounds.If this Namco game is something like Famista baseball 64 then it is worth not very much,maybe 50 quid tops.
