Midtown Madness 3 for PC?

I've been told by a m8, that Midtown Madness 3 is due out on PC in a couple of weeks, but I was sure it was Xbox exclusive at least for the time being, anyone got any links or anything suggestin a PC ver is on the near horizon?

Definitely Xbox exclusive for now.

No PC version has been announced at all so far, nor any hint that its in the works really. There are several petitions running for it to come out there, but Microsoft seem more interested in this from a "hey, all these people might by Xboxes if they get the message its not coming out" than from a giving in to consumer request front.
