Sega Saturn, Light Guns, HDTV Question

I've just started digging out my old Jap Saturn stuff & I've found two light guns as well as copies of Virtua Cop 1, 2 & HotD. Will these work on my new Samsung LCD HD television or can they only be used on SD CRT tv's?

Not on LCD or Plasma.
