    N64 S-Video lead

Do the NTSC & PAL N64 s-video leads differ? I have both flavour N64's but need to run the PAL one on s-video (due to family tv viewing arrangements). My PAL N64 does output an s-video signal but it is too washed out. Can anyone recommend a good decent PAL N64 s-video cable (if one exists), and if so wish to sell?

I used a s-video cable by spook for my pal and US N64's and the image was superb on both.
While it's true the s-video cables for the N64 are very hit and miss with some offering a very washed out lack of colour overly bright image, the spook one i purchased about six years ago was superb and it only cost a fiver. sadly i have sold it this very day on ebay with a 50/60hz snes or i would have sold it to you.
The cable doesn't say spook on it so unless you get one boxed(doubtfull) you won't actually know.
I have seen them on ebay before but i would suggest purchasing a s-video cable that was released when the GC was. Although they don't work on a pal GC they do work on pal N64's and Snes.

Do they have another one for sale? The ones I have give an incredibly washed out picture - anyone?

Just got my Spook s-video lead and the difference is very noticable. Well worth hunting some of these out at Poundland I would say.
