Two 360 issues

Hi all, my first issue is the colors of the controller and 360 hdd. On my first premium it was metalic im sure now its a dull grey.
Is this down to the revision ? (i dont care just curious).

Now for the second issue i turned off my 360 . My fans were still whirling away is this active cooling ? or do i have an issue.(just cant remember the cooling doing that)

My HD is metallic (well, shiny anyhow), and launch.

If you leave a plug and charge kit plugged into the 360 the fans stay on (and the pad continues to charge), is this the case?

Yeah the Launch units were that metalic grey colour on the HDD, side panels and on the controllers.
The new ones are matt grey plastic.

As for the fans, they will sometimes stay on a bit longer (its usually the PSU and not the console itself) They also stay one when a play and charge kit is charging a pad (even when the machine is off)

cheers guys and yea all comments are correct. Also noticed 2 prongs on the power pack that used to be the standard kettle lead type.

Charge Kit dont seem to be charging just gonna leave it for a while..
