Pikmin versions and Freeloader

Do the PAL versions of Pikmin and Pikmin 2 have 60hz options?

If not, could anyone shed some light on the compatability issues with Pikmin 2 and Freeloader? I seem to remember hearing that some later first-party titles like Pikmin 2 wouldn't work with Freeloader or some such.

PAL Pikmin doesn't have a 60hz option, but PAL Pikmin 2 does.

As for the Freeloader question, I only have Pikmin 1 JPN, but I know that works fine with Freeloader. Don't know about Pikmin 2

Actually I think I'm getting confused with later hardware versions on the Freeloader thing. Cheers chap!
