XB Live - returning customer

I bought a 360 earlier this year along with a XBL 3-month (or somethig) gold membership and I went on to buy a few of the XBLA releases such as Geometry Wars. I sold the system shortly after and now I have one being shipped to me again, and I was wondering if my records have been saved internally in relevant MS databases or am I going to have to acquire these again?

as long as you use the same gtag you can redownload them again for free. I did this with bankshot Billiards and it works fine

Live Arcade games are tied to the 360 (using serial no. I think) they were originally downloaded to.

Whilst you can download the games again to a new machine you must be logged into Live (using the same Gamertag) to play the full version. If you try to play them while you are offline you'ill only be able to play the trial version......think this is to prevent people from distributing 'free' copies to their friends etc.

Yeap, you're right. Is there a way for these to be playable offline again? I can't even seem to rebuy the two I want.
