Wii in fuzzy black and white. What have i done???

ive a panny plasma and have to press the appropriate av button twice to get a picture with composite

I figured this out by mistake, about half an hour after you'd posted. I'd given up for the night and just thought i'd give it one last go as the wife was keen to have a laugh watching me play Wii sports. Couldn't find this in the manual here either and its difficult to figure out as I was using the Harmony remote. Have pulled the plasma remote out of retirement until my component cable arrives.
