360 freezez through VGA but not component

Havent usd my 360 for a few days since did the last little update. Usually use component but have a VGA lead as well which was working fine. Fiddling round to free some component inputs for a future Wii so plugged in the VGA lead. 360 now freezes on the title screen. Swapped back to component and it works fine....

Must be something to do with the last update. Anyone else had this problem??

Sorry to be a gloom merchant but I had the same problem two weeks ago. In the end the Console gave up up completely last Friday and gave me the 3 red ring of death.

I had to change the console for a brand new one at Game who took pity on me despite my 1yr warranty lapsing a few days beforehand. I got the 360 on launch.
