NCSX shipping query

I haven't used NCSX before but preordered Parappa PSP a couple of weeks ago.
Haven't had any emails yet which I thought was strange as the game was out last week. Anyone confirm if they send shipping emails as soon as the item leaves or is it generally a little later?

Only used them a couple of times but pretty certain they e-mail you as soon as your order ships...nothing in your junk folder? If not it's probably worth e-mailing them for an update.

I've used NCSX many times, but never got a shipping e-mail from them, only order confirmation ones. I usually just log-in to the site and check up on the order status when needed. If there is going to be some sort of delay or stock problem, then they usually do get in contact. However, I only ever use the old shop, so I don't know if the procedure is different for orders placed through the new shop.
