Chinese or Japanese PS3?

They are the same price at yoho games but the Jap one has is 110v and the HK one is 220v. Does this mean the latter will not need a stepdown?

And what region will blueray be for HK?

Basically is one any better than the other?

The PS3 doesn't need a stepdown anyway. HK is the same region as Japan, A/1
