Best place to get a Saturn switched?

A friend wants to get his saturn switched with a 50/60hz switch and region switch, sometime in the near future. The only place I know that still does them is Raven Games, anyone know anywhere else?

Give Yod@ a PM, he does the 50/60hz and the region (UK/Jap/US) for ?20.
