My mate created a game of Oblivion along with mine under my Gamertag. He's likely to get a 360 in the near future and want to carry on with this game. I'm sure we can copy the save file over using a memory card and he can use them with his gamertag (please tell me if we can't for some reason or if there's a way without a card that'd be extra handy). And if the save works I'm assuming he'll have to redo the achievements he got on my gamertag?
