Bought a super famicom from Hong Kong based ebay seller toysonlinehk on the 30th November and its yet to arrive:-( I dont doubt the seller in anyway as they have an exellent rep and positive feedback but i am worried. They did say it could take between 7-21 days to arrive and it was shipped by 'registered' post (the only shipping method offered on the sfc) which isnt fully trackable. Im taking the fact its xmas and post takes longer than normal to arrive but should i be worried?

he always uses Airmal pal, albiet registered, so i reckon that could be the delay - or customs might have it
i've stopped using him becuase he reseals games - but he always does it far too tight so the cardboard starts to cease

good thing is that royal mail only charge a ?4.50 admin fee
but lets just hope its been delayed in the chrimbo mail
but i received an airmail packet from Australia and it only took about 9 days on the run up to Christmas, bought DOA on DVD (82 minutes of my life that i've lost forever)

I bought a couple of SFC games from toysonlinehk, they never turned up, emailed him and didnt reply, finally replied after I mailed him several times and told me stuff was sent.
Tracking number on paypal didnt exist.
Contacted him again he said that the package was attempted to be delivered, but I wasnt in and it got returned to him in Hong Kong (umm OK thats why there was no card etc.. and dont they hold it for a month before returning it?)
Cut a long story short I had to make a paypal complaint as he was cracking on it had been sent etc etc of course nothing turned up, but I got my money back.
Terrible communications, rip-off shipping, never again!

Oh god. Thanks for that, sounds familar. I was also sent a tracking number via paypal that didnt work (and had to bug him for that) in light of your post ive just send him a tersce message via ebay threatening a neg and starting a paypal claim if he dosnt respond and/or i dont get my sfc. I'll keep you posted on this saga.

Looks like the majority of people dont have any problems with him, but you know, I had a very bad experience, absolutely terrible customer services, I dont really think they understand english.. which is fine since I dont understand hong kongese

if the seller doesnt get in touch by then they will see it in your favour and get any money they can from his balance
if its the lot - brilliant, if he only has $1 in a balance then you will get $1 until he puts the rest into a balance
