Paypal Question

Hi all

Just wondering if once you have received a paypal payment, can it then be retracted for whatever reason?

I did a search but no such luck.

Not direct by the person who paid you, paypal themselfs can in certain circumstances even if you've downloaded the payment. Eg if the buyer dosnt recive there purchase.

Afaik even if you download it to your bank account paypal can withdraw it if the buyer claims they havnt recived the item and you cant prove you've sent it. Theres an ebay/paypal thread in off topic

If you withdraw it and it clears into your account, they cant take it back, what they can do however is put your paypal account in the red, and if the amount is high enough, after a few weeks they may pursue payment of the funds via a bailiff.
