Yesasia query

Might order a console or 2 from yesasia in the new year, but wanted to know what they're warranty is like. I've heard they have a place in the UK, so should anything go wrong, do I send it back there, or would I have to ship elsewhere?

Anyone have any experience of dealing with this?

I've never bought anything from Yesasia before but you can read about their returns policy here:

Basically if you get a defective item you have 14 days to email them and obtain an authorisation code.

Where on their website does it say they have a distibution centre in the UK?
Btw - Does anyone have difficulty viewing Yesasia.com? It is very slow for me and I keep getting errors loading pages.

Yeah they must have a warehouse here in the UK, i got some older HK titles less than 24 hours after ordering, postmarked Croydon as always!

yesasia as far as im aware offer the 1 year guarantee with console.

It says on their PS3 pages that they wont ship them to any EU countries.
Suppose you could try ordering one anyway though, but they probably wont send it.

They wont ship consoles but they will ship games unlike pa who wont ship anything.

i bought a wii from them. probably the smoothest transaction ever for a console.... you dont ever really have to worry about your orders with them and they track all the way.

al you have to do is: when the console ships call them on their freephone number to get your tracking number.

also.. if its your first order, they may require a copy of your credit card or statement, with some numbers marked off to verify it is your card (That is if you pay by card) if you pay by paypal, it takes 24 hours to verify the transaction if it is large.. (as they check those manually, but requires no further action from you)

I know how to order with them, I've ordered loads of different games from them. My initial question still stands, what are they like on the treatment of warranty on hardware i.e. consoles?
