The flaps for GC controller

I never knew you could take off those flaps until I saw that sticker. Now for some reason, I have a feeling that eventuallly I will break these flaps, or atleast make them more loose.
Has anyone managed to break them somehow? O_o

The flap on the 360 is quite fragile, but atleast on that you can buy a new faceplate to replace it.

Doesn't really matter since I doubt I will use my GC games on it anyway =)

Well if you feel they are at risk just take them off & keep them somwhere safe.

I took one off for curiosity but i struggled to get it back on as the plastic was bending & i freaked out in case it snapped. Luckily i got it back in & i never did it again
