Any way to buy stuff from Japanese PS Store?

Although I can buy stuff from the US and HK stores and can download stuff from the Japanese one, I can't add funds to my account as it requires a Japanese CC.
Does anyone know if there is any sort of workaround available for this?

yep looking for this aswell. anyone know what the 'Xmas Sale' download for 30Yen on the japanese store is today

ps how do you add funds to the usa account
