I've had a Homehub for a while now but recently I've been experiencing total connection cutouts, usually when people in two rooms are downloading anything at the same time - it doesnt even have to be Bittorrent. The whole internet connection becomes unavailable for at least 15 minutes. Any idea how/why this is happening, as it never used to, even with the Homehub.
Seeing as we have been through utter hell getting the thing to work in the first place, via like 5 calls to tech support and a whole week of our time spent trying to get the thing up and running, I feel as if I deserve a little less grief from the thing. I can seriously say this is the worst thing BT have ever brought out.
