Recovering PS3 Account Password?

Like a stupid thing I've forgotten the password to my US id, is there anyway of either resetting it or it being emailed to the address I signed up with?

I have looked on the playstation site and cant find anything relevant on there.

I thought it might have been on the email I signed up with but there's nothing on there referring to the password.

Does anyone have know how I can do this?

Found out how to do it now... thank goodness

For future reference if you forgot your password then all you need to do is sign out from your logged in account then go to manually sign in.

On the sign in screen there is an option marked, "forget your password", click this and then answer the security questions and then reset your password.

Just remember then to change your password on the sign in page.

You mean you don't use auto sign-in?

I did use auto sign-in for both my accounts, but to change any options in account management you need to know and enter your password first.
